Guys what do you think are the differences in the recruitment philosophy of the two Wenges ?

notice wmm recruites from known bands while bcbg recruited from unknown or smaller bands ?

you are confusing recruitment and promotion,in terms of pure recruitment,bcbg had a clear strategy,the young guys were recruited then allowed time to grow and became first team member as soon as they are ready
in the case of werra,the fact is there are tests at la zamba almost every week of the year,and like in bcbg those who are mature enough run straight into first team(arnaké for example)
don't forget that it took heritier 4 years almost in maison mere to become a full first teamer
and when maison mere recruit a guy who werra feels  can add something different in the first team even though not mature enough, he is trained extra hard  to mature much faster and also to fulfill the need of the group,and in return he benefits from maison mere's hype
saying that werra puts talent first and jb friendship is a lack of respect towards the likes of bana boma,tigo cash,petit djosky and co who were recruited  one year ago and all have participated in the group album
i know you are clearly refering to your best friends kibens,jdl and rio,but recruitment and management are two different things
do  werra and jb look for talent? the answer is clearly yes
but in terms of management,werra is more into business whereas jb is more into human relationships which does not mean he is completely biased towards those who are longest serving guys in the group
recruitment is one thing,management is another
and i forgot to add that in maison mere,guys are recruited depending on how they impress the crowd,i have never seen a guy refused by the crowd and taken in the group
whereas in bcbg,most fans do not even know when the guys are recruited,unless its starts from a test at a concert
this is actually THE difference in terms of recruitment

notice that you can mention the original bands of most of wmm recruits while if I ask here for the original bands of patou solo, jeremy,Benji bass, sabex, jdl,xygal etc most people including myself are perplexed. is it then that bcbg uses scouts while wmm uses auditions.

both have scouts,and bcbg used to have auditions like maison mere in the past,it seems the system will come back again with the return of public rehearsals soon

patou,jeremy and benji bass were in the same class at national institute of arts,with the likes of cindy,meje30,christian solo,mirage(all of them born between 1980 and 1984)
jdl was in el paris before wenge musica split,then he was a session artist for musicians of congo cape verde and so on as a keyboard player and singer
 zygal was in the group of boguys bompema before both arrived in bcbg(then boguys left and came back)
and sabex was in the group of alain mpela and seguin's uncle and seguin took him to bcbg when titina ans champion left

I think now you're just saying whatever comes in your mind, you seem so annoyed with JB Mpiana yet it's not your band, let him be man!! So you mean Bana Boma, Abraham Mignon, Erick Menthe,Zulema, Abel and the others are JB Mpiana's friends?

in some cases yes,many guys came in the group through kakol,ali mbonda,ferré when he was there,mimiche bass when he was there and so on

heritier left bcbg for maison mere in march 1999 something like that,maximum middle of the year,he was still around when they started preparing zenith

Yes he was very young when he came to maison mere he waited till double zenith and A La Queue Leu Leu to become a full first team member. He is a "doyen" in the group after Kakol and Ali Mbonda
