good question,for this question its yes and no at the same time, sometimes werra discovers new animations in the studio rehearsals then selects what will be in songs or also  when he asks them new animation its when  they challenge each other(for example  prince and brandon)
sometimes it's even the likes of kakol,ali mbonda,yanki and co who say  well outside rehearsals and so on " prez'  please listen to artist to x or y" he has something interesting
the same thing happens in many top groups actually

Thank you for that clarification....and another thing how are vocals distributed throughout Maison Mere like for example if Cafe Roum is just doing some improvisation at rehearsal and Werra goes like I like that and after that does he say let's put that in someones song? 

 the vocal is then taken and adapted to the song which it suits more,with names of people of dedicated and so on
or if you are not lucky a very good vocal can be ignored in studio,this happens often with minor band members' the likes of robinho and co recently)
guys like heritier would get vocals of just people's names  on a song if in contention with a vocal of robinho or gemerose or whoever is not a big name in the band( when its decided for example that the song is one guy leading then two singers maximum having vocals)
the vocals with only names do not happen but i said it just to explain to you priority that certain guys have  no matter what
 when they were doing diego music song in studio marcadet in paris,werra decided for example cutting a part of fabregas just because it had a name of a guy he fell out with and that part was replaced with miel having more time
