Yeah Josky dresses like he has some money in his pocket...when Ferre and Fally first made their group their musicians dressed like they just came back from begging for money on the streets, but now since money is coming in their clothes and hair are more presentable.

EMO, during the times we were being subjected to various Wenge Maison Mére videos showing the band practicing etc and we had none for BCBG, you were complaining, now we have various BCBG shows showing us talent within BCBG,you're still complaining. I know it's frustrating waiting for albums for a long time but you have to understand that we listeners do not fund musicians studio works, they rely on money from sponsors and mabanga. The band Presidents have a huge task of mobilizing funds to pay for studio works,wages and bonuses so the studio works take a long time depending on the funds they have.
It is not 5 years since Wenge BCBG released an album,give them a break and let us continue seeing these extracts although they don't help that much but at least we can know who is doing what and who is in and out of the band, personally am happy to be seeing these videos showing the talent in BCBG musicians especially that people say JB Mpiana  has no good ear for picking talented musicians, he's proved everyone wrong all the time.

hiim: seriously this question still exists?they have done nothing wrong to me to be fired
i have heard that the problem some people have with them is that they are old,but so am i,and as far as i know papa lutumba who is almost two times as old as us is still a musician,so you see that argument is a bit strange
and also what many people forget is that those guys have families,lots of people who rely on them,how would those guys  feel if i put them into trouble by firing their relatives
you know i do not consider musicians only as my employees but also as human beings who deserve respect
me talking about that,some people say you are too sentimental and you allow sh.. musicians to remain in the group because of your friendship
him (a bit pissed) so being a leader means you should treat employees like they are animals? yes indeed,i consider bcbg like a second family,i spent much more time with them than my own family so  i respect them a lot
even right now,we are all at our guitarist zygal's house for his birthday
if some musicians are still around its because they feel valued,they have a contribution in the group and also they consider bcbg as a good place to be in for their life,proof is those who felt its better to leave group and go solo did it naturally
those who say i should fire musicians are the same who will mock them should they struggle outside the group
everybody is important in the group,from the oldest of us ya fifi ficarré to our new singer from brazza we just hired days ago and you will appreciate soon

him:you know music is not that easy as it seems,i am sure you know there is a big lack of producers these days so i have funded album from my pocket,also  our hard disk of 16 songs we first did had a technical problems and we lost almost everything,60 000 dollars gone like that...(sigh)
listen,me or any congolese musician are not being primadonnas who have long recording processes on purpose
we have a lot of difficulties,electricity power failures and so on...but fans cant see it so they lack patience
we have  now neared completion of our recording of 25 songs

 i cant tell you an exact date because it does not depend only of me,but i cant grant you that its  soon
there are a lot of quality songs, and i think they will be pleased

i find that criticism a bit unfair,i am not against criticism you can ask my musicians,i do not hesitate restarting vocals myself when musicians suggest interesting ideas
remember when some fans expressed desire to see more of abraham and co,did not they become more regular and got songs soon after? I even decided not participating in their songs to fully allow then shining
and we keep accepting musicians almost every month,door is open for young people
shining depends on luck and of God,i keep telling my musicians that maybe one day some will be bigger stars than myself who knows
i try my best to promote my musicians and make them feel valued,the rest is in the hands of the Almighty

zaiko is a legendary group and its an honour to be likened with them,and like  i have said,earlier,bcbg is bcbg with its own strengths and weaknesses,and same for other groups, let the competition be natural in bars,quality of albums and so on instead of forcing comparison with other groups
be patient dear fans, we are working hard to release balle de match soon and i believe many of you will be satisfied  but  satisfaction will not be perfect because even guys like michael jackson didnt convince the whole world

by the way,hats off to all of them i appreciate all good musicians and have many of their cds
