The war between Werra and Ferre is liken to that of Daud and Goliath, Ferre being Daud and Werra being Goliath, by comparing them to these two famous characters of the bible does not signify that Ferre will beat Werra, I just want to point out the strength of each of them, it is without doubt that Werra is one of a complete musicians Congo has produced, despite his few shortfalls like his singing (Though I like his voice a lot, and I believe its so unique and difficulty to imitate)  Werra is head and shoulder above Ferre. Without Werra, Ferre would not have become the musician he is, he was nobody in Wenge Musica BCBG, but Werra saw a potential in him and elevated him in Maison Merre, there are countless of Musicians in Congo with a voice as good as Ferre, one of them being Manda Chant by they are struggling in oblivion. The only advice I could give Werra is that, Ferre is not his size, if he persist on fighting him,  Ferre will  reduce him down to his level  and beat him with experience. Werra should concentrate on composing the good music we have been missing of late. 

Your right Nkosi I think that Cafe Roum and Merlin Bouton would be in the first team if they were better dancers. And yes it's better to start polemic with Werra and not JB because Werra and co respond but JB dosen't.

  It's the truth Ferre in the 90's  Ngungi moko boye ya mwindu but he has to pay respect to Werra, if you look at Ferre when he was in Wenge musica original or early days of maison mere you'd feel sorry for him dearly but Werra lifted him up to what he is now but that doesn't mean werra should mistreat for being ill mouthed in stade martyrs remarks I think Werra hasn't got over it but he should

Guys, do not lie to yourselves, the world is changing. Ferre has the right to boast and say he's above Werra, are you forgetting that even Fally Ipupa has now surpassed all of them, the success of Fally and Ferre is there to see, without much rivalry and multiple international performances, Ferre and Fally have made it big especially Fally who is now much more wealthy than the likes of Werra,JB and the rest so Ferre is equally there rubbing shoulders with the likes of JB and Ferre. It's not a joke for a young man below 40 to have a band comprising of more than 40 staff so maximum respect to Ferre and Fally most especially.

Absolutely SLY respect to them commercially but when I'm talking impact like big impact look in 2001 when maison mere came back from europe tour and recording of kibuisa ba impact wana de fois tse!!! ndjili mombimba e kweya na airport ti na grand hotel. They've got time in their side to make this artistic impact which i believe they can submit if change there style, they'll be the next dominant leaders in next 7/10 years time but I worry for them because i'm not sure whether will be releasing albums of that calibre kibuisa, TH, A La Queue Leu Leu and others ba faire wana eza haut haut haut niveau they need time to complete big time BIG Time do you see what I mean.

You're right, they are not being innovative that's why they are not having that impact, they are doing the same stuff that the major artists are doing except for Fally who is trying to venture more into other styles for instance his flirtations with R&B an his collaborations with other African stars so commercially he's gone international to a level where only Koffi has been but Ferre too is enjoying some success, he does too many rhumba songs but still manages to leave fans with mouths wide open whenever he drops an album, it's his greatness as a fine singer that has contributed otherwise he's not doing anything spectacular like the Werra's and JB's used to do back in the days when competition was really stiff, those days rival camps released music in response and to silence the rival camps not anymore.
