I know you love sebene but remember that Congolese is not only about sebene. Try to be objective sometimes even when you're angry, you can see that the guy was sweating profusely as he was singing so it's clear enough that he may have just finished dancing and obviously dancing to a sebene as the sweat wouldn't be dripping like that, give him and us a break and stay focussed.
From when he came on the scene, Ferre has been known to be a rhumba man and that's his identity. In a recent interview he said why he doesn't do many sebene songs, he explained that all the songs on albums are dedications to sponsors and financiers of the band, they like Ferre for his voice so some of them have been angry with him for doing sebene songs,they prefer the slow love songs,those are the songs they pay him to do, Joao Ndombele is one such sponsor who was not happy with Ferre for the sebene song he dedicated to him so it's difficult for these musicians.
