Just wondering did biscuit only come back after the death of alpatshino? why did he leave and how did he come back?how do you rate the two? personally I liked alpatshino.

I can't remember the reasons why he left but I remember he returned to Viva around 2004. Unlike Alpatshino who was a singer/ ataluku like Tutu Kaludji, Biscuit des ecoliers is a pure ataluku and their styles are different. I liked Alpatshino's style but my preference is Biscuit's style, this is the style created by Djouna Mumbafu and popularised by Bill Clinton,this is the same style the likes of Bercy are struggling to do now, Biscuits is fantastic especially live in concert.

biscuit left because he suffer some kind of madness,then after that he went to south africa with wemba's authorization,as he had a girlfriend giving birth there and he stayed there for a couple of years and now he is married with that girl and back with her in kinshasa
