Sly I think that statement is a bit too harsh, fair play to werra for listening to the boys but yes his a shit singer but a good recruiter and leader in some domains for example maison mere has more albums than his own albums so fair play.

werra is not that bad a singer but i think he just does not put effort enough,his friend jb has the same problem although he is saved by having bigger natural talent so even when disinterested he does not go beyond a  certain decent level
werra needs pressure to deliver as a siinger,and he had that pressure in wenge musica with makaba,then in the golden maison mere team which was almost as good as wenge musica,now maison mere is a group of guys most being much much much younger than him,some even could be his chlidren so barely anybody to push him
the boss-employee gap is much much bigger these days
