The point here is that Bill is no longer an employee of anyone, he earns good money and he would not go to La Zamba where shegue fans ask former Maison Mere musicians to kneel down and ask for forgiveness before performing.
Bill can afford to pay these musicians you've mentioned for them to appear on his project, he's got a major contract with Bracongo and other sponsors infact if you're a true Maison Mere fan you should know the reason why Werrason was forced to leave his deal with Bracongo so unfortunately Bill is that big now but yes, he was brought to the limelight by Werra but so what.

SLY, Being a non Congolese werrasonique, I don't know the details of the contracts like the Bracongo, we only appreciate the music, its a forum like this one which gives us an insight of what is happening in Congo apart from the good music we enjoy, I didn't know that Bill has a lucrative contract with Bracongo, Bills songs are not played here in Tanzania, its all about Werra, Jb, Fally, Ferre, Mopao and to some extent Wazekwa. Thank you for the info.

You have a point,Bill seems content with being a local star than being international as he claims, his contract with Bracongo is definitely lucrative and they've been working together for the last 7 years,he promotes deveral of their brands. He also has advertising contracts with several other deals with some other manufacturers for other products.
Within Congo,Bill is doing well with his music but like with most young musicians, he hasn't made an effort to promote himself outside congo.

Mosie Katumbi has money but he doesn't pay them like first class European leagues like the Premiership,Seria A and so on maybe they are the highest players paid in Africa.

He's a businessman with many interests, he doesn't really care what businesses he does as long as they are profitable. These range from fisheries to mines. Several years ago when he lived in Zambia he had a fisheries and milling company, these supplied subsidised mealie meal(maize meal) to people in Zambia. I think he had a deal with the former Zambian President Chiluba, it's the same Chiluba through whome Katumbi's brother is alleged to have got military supply deals with the Zambian govt so am sure Moise was involved too. I remember when we had a new President in Zambia, Katumbi's assets were frozen and that's how he left Zambia, it's later that his assets were released and amongst them were a trunk of precious stones, it's probably because he had become governor of katanga that the Zambian govt gave him his assets as he wanted to cut trade ties with them.

My post might be  unaccepted to many, but after watching some live performances of Staff Benda Bilili, I think Instead of  werrason concertrating on how much he can  land Bill, He should try the physically disabled atalaku from Staff Benda Bilili, polish him a little bit and he will do some great  work.
