Its a shame that Allain Mpela has very little to his name that can sustain a 2 hr show, It makes it equally disappointing for his show to be introduced with a Ferre song. The man should just get serious and buy song like the these other guys so that he can have enough for his shows.

indeed he has everything and i am sure if he could organize things well between class and music he can re form a strong generation A  and do well,its often late but for some people its never too late,look at blaise bula people forgot then bang okota, big success
as for ken  he has songs, he is a writer himself a bit,but it was part of the concept,he has included  in many concerts over the last and current year a song or two of each artist,following a concert he did interpreting all them and which pleased fans

Ken, I don't think this is a proper concert by Alain Mpela. I think this was a fashion show of some sort and Alain Mpela was invited as special guest, he went without his band, he was being backed on stage by a south african based congolese band and that singer singing Ferre's song is probably the lead vocalist of the south african band which probably plays Ferre's and others songs every weekend so they opened the stage for Alain and started with Ferre's songs, I believe this is the same band that backed Ferre when he played there 2 months ago.

If you've noticed, Alain was actually singing TPOK Jazz songs and at the end he sang JB's Omba and the song Mon Ami Coboss and one or two extracts from his upcoming album.
Alain has 2 excellent albums to his name and those songs can sustain a 2 hour concert.
Unlike other musicians, his focus has been education and not music so we need to give him maximum respect and he needs our support now that he's returned to music.

 as far i know he participated in kibens' song,in jdl's song and in one of jb's and was supposed to have a whole song with jb  but jb kept that song for the future( but both still sung together in alain mpela's album)
