Hello friends

I had a chat with one of our members here who met up with a few others at a social event and they made some interesting observations about this forum which we need to work on as members. It's been observed that new members feel intimidated and do not want to contribute much on the forum, probably because we have a few individuals, myself included who know quite a lot and want to sort of ''correct'' others persistently, maybe this has not been going well with others who are just spectators so they feel there is no point in posting comments so they just read. I think I personally accept that am guilty and will tone down a bit even when I know what am saying is the truth, I also urge others especially old members to do the same, it is also important that we watch our language as we have cultural differences so others don't take lightly to some language even if some people use it in normal talk.

Please give more suggestions, we don't want people to feel uncomfortable, we are all one so let's share ideas on how best we can interact.

I must say that this group so far has helped me a great deal. You are right DJ SLY many  challenges are visible and expirienced on here. We all came here to be informed and improve our Knowledge.. So far, I can't complain, I am blessed with the best and most Kind brother on this Forum.

True but I guess but I think there's no harm in toning down and not using bad language in our responses especially towards new members. I have seen a few times some new members' comments being dismissed harshly.

Sly, quite a honest feedback. I do agree some members do know alot but i note harsh comments towards some perceived fans of artists even when they are quite right too.

The new members also got some intimate insight of the congolese music space.

Personally Archos reviews and cooments have been quite good.

Let us appreciate the fiverse music talents that keep us entertained.
