I have always wondered how easy it is to find instrumentalists and singers in Congo that anyone wakes up one morning and decides to go solo and will find group of people yelling MOKONZI at them. This Mokonzi word  I think has been abused several times in Congo.

I do not think Chikito is forming any band, this band he's shown rehearsing with is just for accompaniment for his upcoming show in Angola.
If Chikito has left then he's definitely joining a bigger band, most like Maison Mere or Koffi's Quartier Latin unless he's staying in Angola for good as there's quite a number of congolese stars living in Angola and enjoying as things are okay there.
Anyone paying your bills is worth calling Mokonzi or boss even if they are younger than you. 
For sure most people in congo play musical instruments so anyone with a bit of money can literally construct a band today and be able to do a mini show as it is common for people to sit down and just do some jam sessions singing mostly songs by top bands, that's how the Wenge's started.

it's very very easy,even you and i can just go on tv say we need musicians at adress x or y by the ened of the day several musicians are there,even hundred at times if its somebody who has earned himself a name already
