the birth of his daughter kendra he wanted to get french papers,by the time he got them he was doing animation in jdt's first album

Oh I get in now when he says "Mama na Kendraaaaaa"..........He participated in Monde Arabe then he left again and he was on the PPU album and JDT's album.

Unless Kerozene only wants to live in Europe he should've stayed in Quatier Latin after he got his French papers because he's not doing any music at the moment and he's disappeared from the public.

What are French papers? Citizenship? Asylum or just passport? And what is required to get them?

for example,if somebody has a children with a french girl,he can use the parental authority argument to get resident card for 1 year,then 2,then 5...depending on the situations and of luck
then there are the case of those under 18,if kero knew he would have used it because in 2003 when kendra was born he was not yet 18 so he could have aplied directly for french citizenship based on his regular tours with quarter latin in three consecutive years but  he lost time staying in private with wife and daughter
or there is the case of roi david who got stolen all his money by a girl and kinda used the argument of his height,pretending to be minor and became french(in france he is barely older than the likes of bercy or abraham;the generation of the second half of the 80's)
