This is the sort of ingratitude which makes such talented guys fail in their careers. JB Mpiana is way older than him and he shouldn't try to create polemic with him. This guy should be competing against the likes of Abraham, Nono Fudji ,Heritier Watanabe and others.

WTF,one song i would say okay it would not be the first time two musicians sing a similar song,but twice thats deliberate especially two songs  of the same album,and on top of that his album is chemin de fer
since he was around  when they did the first 8 or so songs,who knows maybe he took them all

Copyright infringement laws differ from nation to nation, I don't know what laws they have in Congo moreover we know that musicians buy the songs from composers so there are probably contracts signed between band leaders like JB Mpiana and composers of the songs they buy.
It doesn't matter how long JB Mpiana has taken to release the album but it doesn't make it right for Erick Menthe to steal and release two songs from his former band and remember he has also given his title the title Chemin de Fer, It's sheer disrespect for JB Mpiana but I guess that's when education comes in, someone educated would not sink so low. He's lucky he's in Angola otherwise BCBG fans should rain on him when he's seen in Kinshasa, I don't see this going well for him in Kinshasa,fans can react badly sometimes.

By the way,do you know that youtube removed the interview of Deplik I had shared because that idiot of a woman made a false claim that it contained an unreleased song by Nsone and it's purely because of that that youtube removed it from my page, I had written to youtube and they responded, they refused to put back the song saying their decision was final but alas,the video reappeared elsewhere, it doesn't matter if the song is released on CD or not, you cannot steal someone's work and release it as your own, there other laws surrounding that.
