Gentamicine of Wenge BCBG has been the best atalaku of the last 10 years (2004-2014). His been totally consistent in generiques and it will be unfair if he does not deserve credit, Brigade was quite consistent in Maison Mere obviously from Temps Present and onwards. Other than Brigade most atalaku's have fell off or have not been to consistently produce hit animations.

This is 9 generique's which ended up being hits apart from Djuna mumbafu who had success over 10 years with good generiques and animation calls there has been to no animator who has replicated the success Gentamicine has had not even the Great Bill Clinton so therefore in my opinion Gentamicine was the best animator of the last decade and the best animator right now and in the last 10 years.
