Yes, like I said in my other comment, he must have been in the background as an understudy, if you notice at BCBG concerts there are two many people on stage some even have guitars and play quietly at the back but off course their guitars are not connected to the amp, even the drummer Seguin is always surrounded by reserve drummers who sit next to him, it is rare that JB recruits someone knew, the instrumentalists who play in the main band have been there for a ong time and they have learned the repertoire before coming on stage.

Yes,that's why there's continuity at BCBG,if anyone goes things carry on as normal,there's never any need to panick now all the bands have copied JB's formula.
You see like what has happened with people like Dady Bola at Maison Mere, he's an excellent soloist, probably the best at Maison Mere at the moment but because he doesn't know the repertoire of Maison Mere he's playing second fiddle to a boy like Arc en Ciel and even the likes of Mayi Ndombe who so far have only travelled with Maison Mere but if you ask anyone what song Mayi Ndombe played on no one knows.
