The risk taker is the singer ..that is the song may be a hit or a miss. You can only cry when your song is a hit ie makes more mullah. I recommend they base it on a % of its earning you miss you earn less you hit you earn more.

He's a very talented singer and composer, excellent work he's done.
Let's not blame him and other composers, life is really hard in Africa especially in a place like congo where unemployment is abnormally high, people have to be creative, he composes for so many artists just to make ends meet, if he were to start charging too much money he would probably not get any customers to start with as there's too much talent in congo that musicians would simply buy elsewhere. It is good that other composers have also come out to condemn the musicians for taking advantage of them, this is basically cheap labour that Fally,Koffi,Ferre, JB and others are using to propel their careers and in an economy like Congo where there is no minimum wage or standards these people are being exploited. It's just the same as British and American fashion outlets having their products made in China and India and then they put their own labels,that's how business is.
