jb has been negotiating with producers in europe and america,and is on the verge of re-signing with monsieur simon but simon wants to take time to prepare a proper promotion plan like he did with previous albums he had with jb and bcbg(from feux de l'amour to internet) so he does not want to release straight away like that with no vision
so from what i heard they will  release a generique and one or two songs before end of the year then whole album at the beginning of  next year so that they could do a serious pre-release promotion at national and international level,print cds,do all 30 clips if possible as simon wants to release cd and dvd together
on the purely artistic level,jb has two or three sessions only for mabanga left then its last review of all songs to see if there are mistakes,mixing and mastering

most of the producers of that era went broke,that's why and also lets be honest i have seen once african producers from several countries, in a tv show organized on ivory coast tv about african music in this century,its evolution,the problem of piracy...
and at some point they talked about congolese music which used to dominate africa,and they said they feel congolese musicians are now doing music for congolese people only(hence a ridiculous gap between number of rhumbas and dancing songs in albums)
