Almost 80% of Tshala Mwana’s songs are from Kasaï villages (both Kasaï oriental and Kasaï occidental). How much did she give to the composers of the songs she has been singing since 1985? I am sure she never gave even a simple underwear or a toilet paper to each of those villagers. She traveled all over the world, made a lot of money, won trophies, performed in big festivals in Europe, etc. Did she ever mention a name of one of the Composers?

Maybe you've misinterpreted her sentiments, i think she's echoed what other congolese musicians have been saying that congolese music is dying because of the so called combattants who are stopping congolese musicians from promoting themselves so leaving it to west africans to copy congolese music and modify it and now the same west africans are enjoying popularity as a result of their modification of congolese music.

She makes me angry every time she talks about her president as if he was the Hugo Chavez of Congo. If she praises him because there is no more hunger in Congo, Public Servants are now being paid a decent salary, etc. I would agree with her. But we all know she is just being selfish like some of her colleagues. If Things are going well, why is she complaining?

Even on the part about Kabila she's right, she has a democractic right to sing for her President just like the rest have done. You do not have real freedom in Congo and refusal to obey the orders of polticians is risky business moreover is it not that she dated Kabila senior and she was in govt herself at one point like Tabu Ley so it's only normal for her to praise Kabila.

This also happened or happens because of their selfish behavior. I`m HAPPY that others are enjoying popularity. This is the rewards they got from someone like me who HATE kanambe.

That's why I keep saying Jesus Christ will come and find Congo still in a guagmire, you the people of Congo do not want peace amongst yourselves. You were happy for the so called Kanambe and his supposed ''step father'' to fight and toppled Mobutu, you were still happy when he his father appointed him Chief of Staff of the Congolese land forces,why did you protest against Kabila his step father that he had  appointed a foreigner to head the army?
This is the same Kabila who has transformed and stabilised Congo after the many attempts to destabilize the country by Rwandan and Ugandan and other militia sponsored by filthy rich men like Bemba who is at the Hague for war crimes.
The Hague has not summoned Kabila why? The Kenyan President was summoned why not kabila if he's a criminal.

Exactly, we have too much tribalism and that's why Africa is suffering.
As we discuss right now, we also have a problem in Zambia, a white man is acting President and hell has broken loose, too much infighting. The white man is barred by the constitution but behind the scenes we have camps that are fighting as we prepare for new elections in 3 months since our President died.
