Greeting my friends, I was listening to Carnaval by Mbuta Likasu last night it was very good album quite a few sebene songs. I also have Attention Obus by him. But Im not sure who he is? Can anyone give a bit of backround on him? what groups has participated in? any more albums has he produced?

ngimbi malonda jaime aka mbuta likasu is a comedian and singer whose career started in brazza in early 90's as he was invited at several funerals to make people laugh a little bit,alongside roga roga and who later created extra musica who did the musical parts of those funerals
then he recorded albums sauve qui peut,attention obus,crise totale all before 2000  and went silent for over 10 years because of a contract he had signed but fell out with producer but was forced to respect the contract for the whole duration they agreed since he was not really aware about contracts and its legal aspects so he signed without knowing anything since it was already a dream come true for him to become professional
so now the contract problem was over he recorded carnaval

Oh, so that's how Extra Musica started as a funeral band. I read about it. Thank you for this brief biography!
