What balls, he knew he was gonna be fired, he just didn't leave to start a solo career, he messed up by fighting a senior member of the band in the presence of other senior staff and on the premises of a close associate of the boss.

lol I hear you Archos. My take, of the top three:Werra lets you prove yourself, Koffi picks who he likes depending on his mood and of late that of his mistress and with JB you simply have to wait your turn...

but i take it he will change a bit in future, there is a massive national fanclub reunion being done at very beginning of next year to give him and the group some of the points fans want improvement,and this type of pressure on him always paid off except telling to get rid of kibens for no reason loooooooool(sorry emo)

Kaisari, exact. And this is why he seems to be on the lower end of performance scale than werra and mopao. You see in life sometimes you have to do away with being wise to get better. Honestly what makes jb think he can change his music by keeping kibense,  ficarre, segiun, jdl, rio, cellulaire, genta for decades? Come on, even a five year old knows the laws and rules of improving management effectiveness.

That just confirms by deslike. If a bigger group is annoyed then i am not telling a lie by indicating that bcbg needs reforms. I suspect jb has signed a black magic pact with these singers and instrumentalists of his. How come he can only change through pressure? An artist who was was in wenge musica 4x4 should understand that aggressiveness is key not mediocre.

archos you can advice JB to keep the likes of Kibens,Rio and all the old guards for special live performances of old songs and use young guys for new albums. in essence he can elevate PPU to a more vibrant BCBG faction, may be he can make two strong factions but without using the old guards for new releases, with that the old guards can remain to supply the band and the young ones with songs and other moral support they may need to make it in the band. That i think will help him solve the puzzle around these old guys. Seriously BCBG is slowly falling off the competition! What is the rationale why JB did not release at this time? The guy had enough time but may be, I repeat may be they felt nervous to release it at this time.
