the reason why french police and justice is not really involving to maximum level into the concerts issue and anything related to that is basically that they are a bit tired of congolese people
apparently(and indeed there is a big part of truth in it) we give them' too much job' already which many nightclubs closed because of congolese guys fighting within themselves of with guys from other countries,simple parties which end if with some people attacking each other directly with beer bottles and so on and so on,so they kind of say" deal with it yourself" about the concerts issue since musicians themselves are not even united enough to file a common complaint about it or come together to see authorities here
