The songwriter says that Rice should give him money and credit and he says that Rice should tell Ferre where he got hat vocal from. What do you mean by "basic vocal"?

I mean simply that those lyrics,you can find plenty of that style in songs of various artists especially from that new generation 'trying to be sensual'(some event do mutuashi like waist movements during those type of vocals in clips)
its not  complicated all to create compared to some other vocals you can only get from an extremely gifted guy in creation
just like  that comes to my mind modogo's vocal in naufra ketch clearly not something you can wake up and create easily
