He says he has studied and could have done other jobs but music is his life so he became a musician
he started in group stars musica(with some other guys who made it in big groups after),in new city with his friend and now president fally(and the likes of sankara,blaise element,flamme kapaya....) then went to aime buanga's wenge kumbela and later joined pierrette adams with who he played all around the world and they were even settled in senegal(and ivory coast) but he felt he had to go back home to continue his career
he thinks he is a good soloist,but prefers to be called a good guitarist since he can play in any position of the guitar backline,he is good but not the best
he says he has one song on the group album,which is called rosendan and says unfortunately he does not have a guitar with him because he had a problem with his tyres so he had to move guitar to make space for the removed tyres
that song starts like a slow,then goes into a semi-sebene then sebene and he sings an extract
he thinks he did better in the new album than in original and when asked about not going too often to tvs to praise himself like some guitarists do he replies he prefers less talking and more working because the day he will die people wont remember his words in interviews but rather his work on albums
he says all albums or generiques released in december were good including the one of fabregas,and he is then asked if there is a beeft between them because fabregas did not mention him,alvarito replies that he thinks fally does not even care about that,and its maybe fabregas who tried to turn himself into a rival of fally but they are not on the same level(he says he does not mean to be rude but its a bit like comparing a local stadium to stade des martyrs)
he thinks fabregas is a talented artist who does his job well,but you just cant compare them,its like you compare fally and papa wemba,or fally and koffi it does not make sense for him because both did much much more and he respects them
about the fact they honoured various groups in their generiques,he says they wanted to honour them when they are alive(except the case of trio dasufa) and insists more on wenge because its the group they all were fans off when growing
his 5 favourite guitarists are beniko popolipo,manuaku pepe felly,burkina faso, maitre ficarré and the one he likes the most and dreams of working with one day is alain makaba
