This guy has been in Wenge BCBG for a long time, we've just seen him as a passenger. He featured with a 10 second vocal on one song on the album Soyons Serieux yet he even sings better than most of the chaps in the band. What a fantastic and natural singer he is.

this is what chai criticized last time,since jb often misses rehearsals,he cant monitor the group properly,one day when i went back to kin at a crystal club sunday concert back then, a guy came to salute jb he did not even know the guy was in the group for months lol its genta who came to tell him "boss, he succeeded a test 6 months ago and rehearses with reserve guys"

Going by what youv'e said Archos now i know why it's a waste of time having auditions every week. They should be spending more time rehearsing and bonding. It's also unfortunate that JB has become so wealthy that music to him is now secondary but hats off to him for being successful outside music because had he relied on music he would have been failing to pay the hundreds of staff he's got,they all seem content even when not being featured much,you can see Moda's reaction when the interview said BCBG is full of passengers who crowd the podium, Moda started by laughing coz it's the truth and it hit him hard.

That would work. It would be very easy to work the big team JB has got, he is capable of releasing two quality albums every year using all those people he's got but no,they all seem to rehearse for the free concerts for Bralima, there is no motivation as long as money is coming in from Bralima and musicians are being paid so the principle is probably that ''albums can wait.''

guys yeah the concept is cool,but knowing jb we can just dream about it unfortunately
i have always said one thing which moda confirmed in interview,the guys do not join bcbg to become big stars,they are content with just singing next to jb and then you have guys like abraham or fudji who are very known(but still far behind what they deserve)
apart from those guys you have  guys with massive personal ambition like djino who end up leaving because the philosophy of bcbg is that nobody is bigger than the group and more importantly they are at jb's service,and he promotes them if he wants,when he wants and the way he wants

That's right. It's unfortunate JB doesn't realise just how much he's more loved more than some of the artists that are more active than him. He's failed to take advantage of his past success and the loyalty of his fans to better his band. What money does eh.........

I have been on a break from commenting on this band but what I can see is that some of you are getting the message. One person on some old forum kept on indicating that jb  loves being praised and begged for. Now I see sense in those words. He also does not like to surround. himself with talented artists but a few So that people see him as supreme. This is bad for his band and himself. 

His contracts with beer companies have destroyed him as too much money is coming from there. I doubt he really has a huge stock of fixed assets splashed across Africa or Congo for him to be too comfortable and sustain his family and a huge band.  It's the beer contracts and maybe a small hotel in Congo. But recently I indicated that what can make him change,, is when fans go en mass to throw stones and chant "enough is enough ".

i heard that a section of the bcbg fans could be( still very far from even being a true project) planning to do their bcbg with the musicians they would have kept in the group,but it will be hard to attract many of them in that group since they are all jb fans who literally admire him like he is a king even just at rehearsal

That is not a bad idea. After all, most big artists have risen with fire after major breakup or rivalry from some of their artists.  Koffi et academia.  Werra. et marquis de maison mere etc.  Jb has never had a major shock.
