i think this ranking takes into account the 'legal' ways of making money for a musician lol,concert contracts,cd sales
 fally is quite expensive to get for a concert,a bit like koffi,whereas werra and jb got more money from sponsors and co,plus some crazy concert contracts in the past

Archos has answered and i concur with him, they look the assets,concert and private show payments and endorsements from labels etc and yes, they may not have accurate data as not everyone will disclose their full assets for instance we know that JB Mpiana is probably way above and should be on that list.
Indications show that JB rubs shoulders with the likes of Koffi because of his mining interests and that's probably how come he even managed to get back his wife from the wealthy Didi Kinuani and that's one reason his musicians have been taunting Koffi in the recent past that he's angry because JB beats him in everything now.
