prior to that,she reproched to joss the fact his musicians do not promote themselves,and he agrees with her and says he did everything but he just cant pick every of them everyday at their home and handcuff them and bring them to tv"s,its up to them to finally understand they had to try at least
noella goes on to say that she does not show some clips of some artists(less known guys ) because they are not worth being showed on tv,so she invite them to work harder to produce quality songs which can be promoted
then she talks about musicians and picking "their journalists",saying that she can despise or not love too much an artist,or the person itself but when that person does well she wont hesitate to say it and promote it and once her show is over their hate or difficult relationship can continue
she then talks about those leaders who tell their musicians if they go to her show they are fired,saying since they are "jacksons"(as to say big stars) and they do not need her since she aint oprah,as long as she is active they will never ever be interviewed there because its a lack of respect towards the profession of journalist to act like that
there are also some guys who come there and disrespect cameramen(or even other artists during interview) and she says she does not hesitate to kick them out( like she once did with quartier latin's spokesman merveille) and once you are out for disrespecting her and her colleagues who make the show possible bear in the mind its the last time you ever sit in front of her holding a mic to be interview
so if you see that your favourite leader or his artists do not come to his interviews for a long long period,now you know why
