He says it's painful that in Nigeria or Ivory Coast they don't put Congolese music even if a Congolese artist does a wonderful album they still won't put it on their channels but if their artist does a bad job they still put it on their TV. And he says Congolese people are complex and that they like other people's stuff better then their own. And that Congolese people always insult each other and he says to look at a Congolese person's Facebook account. Djino also said that Congolese journalists need to promote Congolese artists more and foreign artists less. He says that Congolese channels always put foreign music on without the artist even paying them or even knowing them but he says that if he or other Congolese artist  want to be put on TV they have to pay a fee. He says that if Bill Clinton and Arafat were to be on the same stage then Dj Arafat wouldn't even last two seconds with him but Bill has to pay to put his music on TV and Arafat pays nothing. He says that musical polemic isn't bad because they use it to promote themselves more and says for journalists to help Congolese musicians. Djino said that he doesn't have a lot of money but when his album comes out he has to pay a lot of fees to pout his music on TV. He says that times were better when their were European concerts because they got a lot of money, clothes, new cars etc. He says that he has two generiques and seven rhumbas and couple of afrobeat songs to beat Nigerian artists.

indeed,he is absolutely right on this,even in nightclubs except songs like vimba,ya mado,seke bien, the musicians almost always have to insist to DJs and pay them but the psquare,toofan,davido and so on are played easily for hours

Archos Djino is right but wrong at the same time. Why? Congolese music has been killed by him and his counterparts. We all know that Ivorians and Nigerians' music is a derivative of Congolese music. They have capitalised on the music and made it danceable. He is saying he has 2 generics and 7 rhumbas!!! WTF is he doing there complaining then? If he wants Congolese music to beat Ivorians, let him do more sebenes.

Hehehehehehe what Djino is saying is what local Kenyan musicians used to say every time. But the thing here is you cant blame Djs for this because Djs play what people want to listen to. Jounalists are also in business, they want yo highlight what people like. As Emo says let Congolese musicians change tact and people will demand for their songs to be played not them demanding for their own songs to be played. Its funny that Congolese are rejecting their own when places like Kenya is now embracing Congolese music so much.
