 back on the topic itself,fally has every right to be pissed if you go to do a feat not only without informing the boss(even just for the sake of respect,and plenty of fally musicians are involved in other musician's albums every year) but also at a moment the group expects you to be there for a trip abroad

lol ndeko  the groupe dacoompagnement thing was just a way to do something unusual as was the mise en disponibilité lol (even though there is still some ways in which fally does not treat the group as other groups do)
he says that he does not mind at all them being used elsewhere but at least he should be informed as he might need them
