he says jb is a talented and proven good singer and werra is a good trainer
naty lokole tries to create polemic about reddy praising jb as singer and not mentioning singing about werra

Even JB should be worried that non of his boys in the post wenge split have showcased their talent alone...i know some will argue but werra brings to light talent than JB.....to some extent, ready is correct....

The answer is simple.Wenge BCBG is JB Mpiana,he's capable of carrying on without any of his singer whereas it's not the same for Werrason who needs all those small boys to remain on top and that's Reddy'S line of thinking.
This is the same scenerio for the likes of Fally and Ferre who are good singers,we've seen them go it all alone on stage and perform very well,Koffi has done it,Papa Wemba has done it,Werrason wouldn't dare go on stage alone that's why he picks some of the best musicians and pushes them to their limits to excel as they represent him not that he teaches them to sing, they audition and prove that they are worth employing and we've seen that the fans at Zamba Playa also help to choose which musician comes in after auditions.

One thing i have liked about Reddy's sentiments is that he's given Werra and JB maximum respect,he recognises the fact that whilst other top musicians like Papa Wemba,Koffi and others started in other bands before becoming solo artists,JB and Werra started on the streets of Bandal and they are who they are because of their hard work they started from scratch, very important point.

..and he's got loads of them. He can't just fire his older musicians because there is no crime they've committed, it is quite clear that BCBG is run as a company unlike other bands, they are highly organised, the older musicians will leave in their own time for as long as they've not done anything wrong,Chai Ngenge has gone,Boguis has gone, who knows who is next,it could just be kibens as they've gotten the message, it's time for change.

Archos, you do not need to put a lot of money on top of Kibense or Rio's head to make them go away, its just a matter of principle that they go, no debate about it...
