de la foret is quite upset that verkys kiamuangana remains president despite authorities calling for new elections and saying that the current administration of socoda has not right to continue and he says that this administration is illegal, he has a lot of respect for verkys but he has even more respect for authorities
 and he says there must be elections with presence of guys like jb,koffi,papa wemba...

What is Werra's interest in Socoda and why does he choose to disrespect a man like Verkys? Was Verkys appointed or elected and by who?

This SOCODA thing is just a joke I'm not interested plus was the founder Blaise even guilty for taking money I don't know but I may doubt it.

he was not appointed officially,he took it a bit by force ,werra was the guy in charge of money recovery
lets say there is a big mess,ministry of culture says this,parliament says that,they there are guys like manda,werra,lofombo to name a few who are for new elections
every reunion about anything related to socoda they reach a level where they are about to actually fight with their hands
werra's anger is due to the fact that because of that big mess nothing at all is happening especially widows of pepe kalle,madilu and other dead musicians have not received  a single penny for their husbands in months because all this mess result in the company not really working properly and the widows came many times to him to complain
papa wemba who was also an admin,seem to be so tired with it that he seems not to talk about it anymore
