I have managed to listen to interview and what i understand is that the mother of the poor disabled guy of 25 years who is a diehard fan of koffi paid 3000 euros in the days of abracadabra to please her children
but after she did not hear the name in whole album,she called koffi with all due respect and he replied "why you congolese people never give me credit,i made fally a star, i made cindy a star" and was shouting at her
after that she managed to contact some guys close to him with promise that this time she'd be satisfied,and it still did not happen,just written mabanga on the cd in the parts he thanks people,whereas the young guy can not read
and she tried to call again but koffi blacklisted her calls

Although Koffi is definitely in the red in this situation, this swindling practice is all too familiar for the big Congolese artists. You'd think they'd be above this elementary behavior with their statures.

Associates or faux associates of the artists taking money from people and swearing their title/name would be called in the next album or concert. Unless you're a big donor and/or an individual with power, the chances of your mabanga being called are quite slim. Wemba's La Sape documentary is a good exposé of this very unsavory behavior.

Actually had this happen to me a long time ago and decided it wasn't worth the trouble. With a more touchy situation like this, maybe there will be a response from Koffi.

3,000 isn't enough for a mabanga but I think the best Koffi could've done was a written mabanga unless Koffi made an exception but then again other people can claim to be blind and take advantage.

I think you misunderstand 3000 is way too much for a single "standard" libanga(its mainly rich businessmen or sportsmen for example who give more than that without even needing to negotiate) but not enough to buy a song
and from what is said they had totally agreed he'd do it in a song
standard libanga for a "random" person can go up to 2000 max,and the written mabanga mainly goes to friends and family i highly doubt somebody would be dumb or desperate enough to just accept reading his name(especially somebody who is congolese)

bro you know there are even "poorer" people than that woman who save money  to manage to get mabanga or even song one day(or let be honest some even steal for that)
and especially in the context of that woman the effort is "understandable" to please his children who does not have the easiest of lives

I watched an interview of chaka kongo indirectly saying he has been informed by court that koffi will be 'arrested"(being under custody is understood as being arrested by the common congolese
i hope it wont happen...and not because i am against justice being made if there is a reason to

just watched on tv another  show where they talked about that affair,and they said koffi finally allowed the woman to talk again on whatsapp(he had blocked her) and when she said hello papa koffi,koffi replied with a picture of aliya and didi stone and with the  comment selfie 2millions of views and a "kiss" smiley
and they also said that the angolan producer who had an issue with fally is not happy with court's decision so he is trying any legal action possible
