It's not really ego but Werra's camp attacking it's own sons when they leave. He has already been attacked but he's ignored them,others have not taken it lightly and have hit back for instance Bill,Ferre and Heritier.

This prompts me to ask this: Who is in charge? is it the band leader or band managers and PR people. Because either way, the leader (werra in this case) has the right to tell his managers to stop with the unnecessary attacks. I mean, do they all enjoy making enemies?

Ultimately, the band leader/owner is responsible for the PR of his label, he/she has the power to stop the rot. In Werra's case, he has a special programme on tv and it is through which his staff go on air to say whatever they like and that's how others are forced to respond, even with private interviews, if the band leader says no band member is allowed to discuss band activities or talk about other bands without authorisation then no band member of management official will do it like they do. Even in other bands it's the same, t's what they call polemique and it helps to get bands free publicity due to the buzz it creates,that's what Werra and Koffi have made their careers out of,the equivalent is ''beef'' we see that with hip hop artists especially rappers in the USA.
