He didn't leave Quartier Latin but he stayed beyond in Kinshasa, because he didn't want to claim that he was the real "Souverain 1er" after that Tutu Calugi dissed Koffi Olomide on tv that he's Mopao,etc. etc. Which suprised Koffi, because Jordan was normally the guy who had the rol, like Marcahouse today to diss everyone who was attacking Koffi. Aldophe Dominguez tried to recruit Jordan with female-dancer Miss Coulibaly in Wenge Tonya Tonya (as reaction on Koffi in Paris who sendend people to recruit Shibida in Europe and in Kinshasa Shella Mputu with Washington as replacer of Kerozene and to kill Tonya Tonya with as result only Washington joining at that time ), but he refused Aldophe's offer and decided to rejoin/join Quartier Latin alongside CNN(who came from Quartier Latin Integral), Babia(who's collaboration with Jolino didn't work out) and some unknow Brazza-singers.

I was first doubting it i thought it was just one of the many rumors until  one of the guys really close to quadra confirmed to me it was true that when quadra wanted to get rid of cnn he told him to come to his house and meet him wherever he is ,and it happened to be that quadra was .... sandra
