May those who understand French please clarify, is it just the actual advert that was released before the album or some songs from the album?

They are simply doing their job,i don't think the national broadcaster in Congo plays foreign music which is as extreme as Koffi's 13eme Apotre album, Koffi should have thought better,he is way too old for that shit but hey,he is a musician and probably doesn't give a toss what his own children see him doing. It's just unfortunate that the Censorship board is acting now,it's indirect publicity for the album anyway,they should have banned the advert the first time it appeared.

yes the censorship committee always act too late unless an artist himself shows them  his song to avoid being censored later like jb did with one generique which should have been in the maxi echauffement and which got erased as it was too likely to be censored
also this may shock some guys but as an insider of congolese music,i know that some artists orchestrate that aswell for their promotion,they'll let the thing happen then play the victim card then call a much more powerful guy who'll literraly force the censorship guys to remove it ASAP
indeed on the national tv there is a lot of control there are many congolese songs which are never ever broadcasted and even the beer generiques for example are mainly shown quite late in the night towards end  of broadcast
