roger explains that  the reason bcbg stopped public rehearsals is that it became like semi-concerts and with musicians' fans and friend around it was hard to tell the guy in public he did a mistake in singing or playing guitar ( or even jb himself ) because it created unnecessary noise from the crowd
and for them rehearsal is meant to be  focused on working to create new stuff rather than play full songs which fans request at concerts already
roger says that people want jb to get rid of all the experienced guys but they dont know how vital they are towards younger guys in studio or rehearsal,some youngsters take half a day in studio to get just a sentence right in tune in studio and that there are groups who have  got rid of experienced guys and it lead to the group losing its identity
he says there are young guys coming for tests every week and that in one of the concerts where he was the promoter,there was 4 atalakus tested and one of them has impressed and is now accepted in the group,there is now 16 young female dancers in the group(as  zambrotta' and co are getting into family life one by one)
roger rejects responsability on musicians about their promotion saying they are  just a  bunch of lazy guys who think they are mini-jb's and who are most interested about women than their career
mosaka laughs at rumous that he created rebel group with kibens abraham seguin and genta and says so far the only guy they are not seeing anymore is his petit cellulaire (since that day were jb shouted at him for wasting his time in studio) and that he already warned cellulaire long ago that he was too reliant on genta's success  and if genta were to leave his lazyness would be exposed big time and he offered fusée that second atalaku spot on a plate because of being so lazy
and roger adds that cellulaire became useless and jb tried his best to get him to wake up but  nothing changed and he surely is hurt  by fusee's rise which is why he goes missing now and he faults jb somehow for having to big a heart because there are other guys in the situation of cellulaire( and surprisingly not necessarily the guys some would expect) and he does not fire them he keeps them in the group and tries to motivate them to bounce back and also he  fears people's judgement because after all its a job lost unlike some other leaders who force guys out as soon as they get a guy of a similar profile or some who even  deal with musicians depending on their humor of the moment

obviously not as agressive as his pal werra who surely needs that more aswell(no disrespect,and it has slowed down compared to the past btw) but he gives them songs and albums,exactly the same conditions that the maison mere guys then the guys are prepared into the agressive marketing system of maison mere eg being very present on tv,doing a bit of show up at times to show things are really going well in the group and so on(notice that some who just do not have that character like cafe roum have a particular career)
on the opposite bcbg's guys are more into blindly trying to be laid back and extremely rare whereas they cant afford it yet, they have to fight to earn themselves the reputation their colleagues of maison mere get

unfortunately EMO I was watching a recent interview with seguin he was asked about him overstaying in the group and he simply replied that if he leaves what's he gonna do and where's he gonna go so it seems he'll be in bcbg forever but kibens and rio will be gone soon give it a couple of years

These old guys in bcbg have no brains....common sense....pride ....etc. It is clear that jb is looking at younger talent now and is showing them that he is tired. Problem is jb has no balls to tell them.

yes rio and kibens are far more likely to leave than seguin,another thing i found interesting and a bit worrying aswell is that seguin said he had the clips of echauffement on a hard disk but is still waiting for jb's authorization to give it to tv's
we are in 2016 and it almost does not exist anymore to have generiques with still no clip after almost two months

ken "mpiana" who is the guy who introduced cellulaire in the group back in 2000 said something which sum up cellulaire 's last years for me,he tried to wake cellulaire up about his lack of work for a long time and possibility to have bought animation to hide his laziness cellulaire replied " i count on nobody in music i only count  on my sorcerers to make things go well for me"
well they sure did a great job to have him stuck to that 2nd position for such a long time while making no effort
