in short reddy says he deserved gold medal because among musicians who are also writers only papa lutumba,koffi,franco,tabuley and papa wemba are better than him (he is indirectly saying among those who are alive despite mentioning rochereau and franco) and he has made an official request to claim he gets better than silver and bronze
