@mvulusi96Life in the United States without papers is considerably more difficult compared to Europe
But again I thought Zaiko has been having a packed calendar of concerts in and out of Congo and is one of the most expensive orchestras to hire. What's happening? why would a musician of such a band run to roam streets of the US/Europe? Are these musicians not paid well? I expect Adicky Ndebe to lose musicians this way but not Zaiko.

I expect Adicky Ndebe to lose musicians this way but not Zaiko. It's just that some musicians believe that the grass is greener on the other side, so that's why they stay in Europe, the US or Canada when their band finishes touring. It used to be like this back in the 90s. If I recall, when Quartier Latin toured Europe in 1994, a few members stayed behind. Zaiko is well-structured compared to Lacoste's band but Nyoka Longo can't stop his bandmates from not returning to Kinshasa. It's like they said, Europe is paradise. If its Lola as rumored then I will not have words!! Lola stands a chance to lead Zaiko one day, why would he stay in the US? Sad!! Or they only prefer old shapeless white women to playing in one vintage orchestra?
@mvulusi96Why did Deo Brando leave Zaiko for Quartier Latin?
That about Lola Muana was just intox from those facebook-pages. I saw the interview of Bijoux Bass yesterday and he said that the musicians who ran away were Edo Dollar who used to be Koffi Olomide during the B.E.K.-era, Loss who's a lead guitartist who used to be with Bana Ok, Yoji Muamba who's a rhythm-player who was first with Depitcho's band and Longilo who's a drummer (he was the guy who called Nyoka Longo "petit nyoka" and said that he's a faux chanteur lol").
