He will surely receive an angry phone call from his pure Vieux or maybe they were already on bad terms

I always find it embarassing when big men like that get too involved in the business betwen their ex leaders and their colleagues, kakol also used to be exactly like that before dynastie and the heritier reconciliation with werra or seguin with the bcbg guys

An incoming war is possibly brewing inside Clan Latino. I see guys like Cambodge, Apocalypse, cnn coming to defend their ex boss and guys like Sam Montana will be seen as neutral but will take more Fally’s side. Spino already made interview strongly attacking Koffi over excluding him from the quartier latin 32 anniversary poster, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a former QL musician attack Koffi that strongly since Jf ifonge so surely he will again take Fally’s side.

i was surprised with spino's attack, and even more with the silence around it or maybe was it because it targeted the "right" person to target and be at peace

He literally threatened to go to Koffi’s house and beat him up ehh I was shocked when I saw that video, he even threw shade at Ferre. It didn’t go viral cause Spino’s face isn’t that known as a Quartier Latin member only hardcore fans know he went to Quartier latin, which kinda justifies Spino being upset that he wasn’t promoted that much he wasn’t in the Attentat clips and he’s only briefly in the force de frappe clip. If it was someone like Sam, Bouro or Depitcho that did that same interview it would’ve gone viral

Ahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaha 4 milion dollars? I sware even tho Werra and JB gets flagged there is no other leader that gets more disrespected by his ex musicians like Koffi, Benito, Ladjatance, JF Ifonge, he wasn't a musician but Zobozi etc.

Did Champion ever say why he was retiring from drumming?

According to himself during Nolly's interview he wanted to spend more time with his family and wife. But I think that he hides something terrible. Because no Congolese artists comes from nowhere to announce his retiriment, except when they are about to become "newborn" christians. Also Champion doesn't tour around the world like Soukous-artists or back European artists like Michel Bass often does, who goes to countries like Poland, Argentine, etc. He only used to perform every weekend at Djonga and doing on rare occassions session-work.

Maybe he has serious health issues. Congolese people never share about that. I used to have a friend who was suffering from cancer and was in his final stage and after meeting him for the last time, I didn't see him anymore, him only sending me messages that he was really busy and than suddenly after a month he died.

Yeah just look at the late Lebou Kabuya. He was suffering from what was terminal cancer and he was still rehearsing and waiting for Koffi to come tour in the US and he was gonna tour with him. I hope it’s not the case with Champion.

Because as Africans we believe that telling someone your illness they may accelerate the day you meet your maker through kindoki. Lol
