it was not actually show off,it was that bcbg fans and music fans in general were told everywhere that bcbg had zero visas so they had to give fans a proof that they can be trusted

If this was a charity show then there was no need for all this because it played right into the hands of combattants and now only a serious dialogue will dig them out of this deep hole. Charity begins at home maybe now we get to see more musicians perform in those affected areas like Kivu...

some are going there already,werra,jb,koffi and wazekwa are planned for next year
bill clinton and zaiko already performed there in the last months
and about dialogue,everything almost has been tried except taking the massive risk of going to chateau rouge,combattants do no want dialogque,and the few of them who accept are seen as traitors

...unfortunately politics is deeply tied to this so any positive move can be downplayed as political gimic by either side...
