I heard this album like two years ago, just couldn't remember the link to it.

Very good song indeed, if only Fally could back to use such type of music arrangement. As this is old, it proves that ataluku Genta Lissimo has been doing that type of animation way before we came to know Bill Clinton so effectively Genta has not been a Bill photocopy afterall especially that some of the animation in this 1997 song came to be found in Wenge Musica Maison Mere's 1999 album Force Intervention Rapide.

i happen to have the whole album....it has ten good songs.

From my memory this got released in 1998 the same year with Force D'intervention Rapide if anything force came before this Talents latents album

those animations were created  in ngiri ngiri  where both genta and bill really learned animation,under direction of a guy called vieux obigo or something like that,who  also taught animation to many other popular atalakus

In a song like Maruani, the licks and the atalaku cries are all that that you find in FORCE D'INTERVENTION RAPIDE and Genta carried some parts to BCBG .

I have managed to find the whole album, Mozilla Firefox browser is quite handy. 
It's a very good album, Fally and Erick Tutsi come a long way!!!
