My last point about those fellas saying there is a bias towards Wenge, you must be reminded that it's not just bias but influence Wenge had. It is Wenge that toppled Zaiko from the top and woke Koffi up, Koffi started competing against Wenge and recruited an ataluku who sounded like Roberto Enkokota. In Brazza, Extra Musica too copied Wenge. Apart from Franco's TPOK Jazz, Zaiko and Viva, it's Wenge which has been flying the flag high for Congo no wonder Koffi has been at war with all Wenge leaders since time immemorial. Even when you look on the market today,it's clan Wenge dominating,beside Koffi himself,the only other successful artist from Clan Quartier Latin is Fally ipupa so far but Wenge has JB,Werra and young Ferre leading consistently and below them,we have new younger artists from their bands aking it big like Fabregas, Robinio Mundibu and others.
